Job summary

Inizio Engage, partnering with Modular Medical, is seeking a Diabetes Sales Representative to drive Pivot Insulin Pump adoption through clinical education and multi-channel engagement. You will build relationships with endocrinologists and diabetes clinics, educate providers, and advance the product launch nationwide.

Ideal candidates have pharma field sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of field sales experience (Pharma or B2B).
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Experience with diabetes injectables, devices, or CGM strongly preferred.
• Strong technical acumen to educate, demonstrate, and influence across channels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, hunter/entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for Pivot Insulin Pump through clinical selling and education with endocrinologists and clinics.
• Conduct product and technical training for patients and healthcare providers on Pivot insulin pump therapy.
• Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with HCPs (Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, etc.).
• Communicate key sales messaging, patient benefits, and product information.
• Develop and execute routing plans and territory strategies.
• Use technical expertise to demonstrate the value of Pivot across channels (in-person and virtual).
• Achieve or exceed defined sales and activity targets.
• Complete daily administrative responsibilities and required reporting.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, ethics, and training requirements.
• Travel up to 20% of the time (territory-dependent).
• Overnight travel required.
• Must have a dependable automobile with insurance coverage.
