Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Field Access Manager to serve as the main contact at designated accounts, educating Healthcare Professionals and staff on patient access to therapies, payer policies, and the Patient Services platform. The role requires a deep understanding of prior authorizations, HUB and reimbursement processes, and collaboration across Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degree advantageous (MS, RN, PA, PharmD).
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy and patient access experience.
• 5+ years in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization processes.
• Knowledge of CMS policies for Medicare Parts B and D.
• Understanding of HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and payer landscape.

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices; educate staff on access and payer approvals.
• Provide educational resources to support patient journey and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate use of patient service platforms (HUB/SP) for access to therapy.
• Manage annual pharmacy reauthorizations at designated accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, and Strategic Accounts to remove access barriers.
• Build strategic plans to meet top accounts’ needs and implement market access initiatives.
• Stay informed on payer landscape and formularies to support access decisions.
• Provide field insights to support patient/payer programs and resources.
