Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Field Access Manager to act as the primary contact for designated accounts, educating staff on payer pathways and access strategies. You will coordinate HUB/spaccess, reauthorizations, and cross-functional initiatives to improve patient access and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma, strong CMS knowledge, and a track record in payer and access programs. This is a senior role offering broad cross-functional exposure within a growing LIFE SCIENCES

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degree advantageous.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy experience.
• 5+ years in benefit verifications or prior-authorization in patient access.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Parts B & D.
• Understanding of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement and patient access programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and payer landscape.
• Familiarity with patient support services and formulary management.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCP staff to navigate access and payer approval processes.
• Support prior authorizations, appeals, and specialty pharmacy workflows.
• Coordinate use of patient service platforms across HUB or specialty channels.
• Manage annual pharmacy reauthorizations to ensure continued therapy access.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services and Strategic Accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for top accounts and access initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer landscapes and formularies.
• Provide field insights to support patient access programs.
