EVERSANA is seeking a Field Access Manager to serve as the primary contact at designated accounts, educating HCP staff on access and payer pathways and coordinating patient services to ensure therapy access. This role requires extensive experience in payer policies, patient access programs, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize access across HUB and specialty channels.

The candidate will leverage knowledge of CMS policies, payer landscape, and market access processes to support patients

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Healthcare degree advantageous.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with experience in payer policy and patient access.
• 5+ years in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization requirements or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and educate staff on access and payer approval.
• Provide educational resources to support patient journey and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate use of patient service platform to support HUB or SP pathways.
• Coordinate annual pharmacy reauthorizations at accounts to ensure continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, and Strategic Accounts to address access barriers.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet top accounts’ needs and implement market access initiatives.
