Job summary

EVERSANA seeks an experienced Field Access Manager to lead payer education and access initiatives for designated accounts in the U.S. You will coordinate patient services, drive reauthorizations, and partner with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to optimize access to therapies.

The role requires a strong background in payer policy, an understanding of CMS processes, and the ability to present impactful education to HCPs. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Healthcare degree (MS, RN, PA, PharmD) is advantageous.
• Experience in payer policy and patient access is essential.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and processes (Medicare Parts B & D) is important.
• Experience with HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and educate staff to navigate access and payer approval.
• Provide resources to support the patient journey, optimizing prior authorizations and appeals.
• Coordinate use of patient service platform across HUB or SP paths.
• Oversee annual pharmacy reauthorizations at accounts to maintain therapy continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services and more to reduce access barriers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet top account needs and market access goals.
• Maintain knowledge of payer landscapes and formularies across geography.
• Provide field insights to support patient/payer programs.
