EVERSANA seeks a Field Access Manager to serve as the primary contact at designated accounts, supporting HCPs and patients through the Patient Services program and payer navigation. You will educate accounts, coordinate HUB/sp path choices, and partner with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to optimize access to therapy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degree advantageous.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy and patient access.
• 5+ years in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization.
• Knowledge of CMS policies for Parts B and D.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Aufgaben

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and educate staff on access and payer processes.
• Provide resources to support the patient journey, including prior authorizations and appeals.
• Coordinate patient service platforms to support HUB or SP pathways.
• Oversee annual pharmacy reauthorizations at accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to remove access barriers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet top accounts’ access needs.
• Maintain knowledge of payer landscape regionally and nationally.
• Share field insights to support patient and payer programs.
• Address account-level patient access issues with stakeholders.
• Commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion in actions and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
