Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Field Access Manager (Diabetes) to lead account management and payer education in Cleveland/Columbus. You will coordinate with HUB and specialty pharmacy channels, educate healthcare professionals, and help patients access therapy while navigating payer requirements and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of payer policy, CMS processes, and a track record in market access.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy and patient access.
• 5+ years in benefit verifications or prior-authorization requirements or equivalent experience in patient access.
• Knowledge of Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and processes with experience in Medicare Parts B & D.
• Knowledge and understanding of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics, competitor activity, and continuous diabetes monitoring trends.

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and educate on access and payer processes.
• Provide educational resources to support prior authorizations and appeals.
• Coordinate utilization of the patient service platform to seamlessly support the customer and patient when HUB or SP is chosen.
• Coordinate annual pharmacy reauthorizations at designated accounts to ensure timely continuation of therapy.
• Work cross functionally with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Strategic Accounts and more to address access barriers.
• Build and execute a strategic business plan to meet top account needs and market access initiatives.
