Job summary

EVERSANA invites a Field Access Manager to advance payer policy and patient access at designated accounts. You will educate healthcare staff, coordinate HUB/SP pathways, and collaborate with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to streamline approvals and reauthorizations.

This role requires deep knowledge of CMS policies, HUB/reimbursement, and data-driven market insights, with a focus on expanding access to therapies for patients across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; healthcare degree advantageous (MS, RN, PA, PharmD)
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with experience in payer policy and patient access
• 5+ years of experience in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization requirements
• Knowledge of CMS policies and processes with experience in Medicare Parts B & D
• Understanding of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and data interpretation
• Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and virtual engagements via Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with organization and problem-solving
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Strong knowledge of Veeva systems

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and equip staff to navigate access and payer approvals
• Offer educational resources to support prior authorizations, appeals and specialty pharmacy
• Coordinate utilization of patient service platform with HUB or SP for approved therapy
• Coordinate annual pharmacy reauthorizations at designated accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services
• Build and execute a strategic business plan for top accounts and market access initiatives
• Understand payer landscape and formulary impact on access
• Provide field insights to support Patient Support Programs
• Address account/patient access issues with stakeholders
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion; address bias
