Job summary

EVERSANA in Chicago seeks a Field Access Manager to act as the main contact at designated accounts, educating Healthcare Professionals and staff on Patient Services programs and payer access. The role coordinates pull-through efforts across HUB and specialty pharmacy when needed and collaborates with internal/external partners to optimize access to therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Healthcare degree advantageous (MS, RN, PA, PharmD) if applicable.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy and patient access experience.
• 5+ years in benefit verifications and/or prior-authorization or related access roles.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and processes, including Medicare Parts B & D.
• Familiarity with HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs.

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices through education to help access and payer approval.
• Support prior authorizations, appeals, and specialty pharmacy processes.
• Coordinate patient service platforms with HUB or SP as the chosen path.
• Manage annual pharmacy reauthorizations to ensure timely continuation of therapy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services and Strategic Accounts.
• Contribute to a strategic plan to meet top account needs and implement access initiatives.
• Understand payer/policy landscape at national, regional, and local levels.
• Provide field insights to support patient and payer programs offered by EVERSANA.
