Job summary

EVERSANA in the United States is seeking a Field Access Manager to serve as the main contact at designated accounts, educating Healthcare Professionals and staff about patient services and payer access, and coordinating HUB/SP pathways with HIPAA-compliant consent. You will partner with internal teams to remove barriers and optimize therapy access.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degree advantageous.
10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy and patient access.
5+ years in benefit verifications or prior-authorization.
CMS policies knowledge for Medicare Parts B & D.
Experience with HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs.

Responsibilities

Educate accounts and staff on payer approval processes and access barriers.
Coordinate patient services HUB or SP pathways with HIPAA-compliant consent.
Lead annual pharmacy reauthorizations at designated accounts to maintain therapy.
Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services and others to optimize access.
Develop strategic plans to meet top accounts’ market access needs.
