Job summary

EVERSANA, a leading biopharma services company, seeks a Field Access Manager to serve as the main contact at designated accounts, educating HCP staff on patient access programs, payer landscape, and HUB/SP pathways.

You will collaborate across Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services to optimize access to therapies, coordinate reauthorizations, and advance market access initiatives while upholding our patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; healthcare degree preferred (MS/RN/PA/PharmD).
• 10+ years in pharma with payer policy and patient access.
• 5+ years in benefit verifications or prior-authorization.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Parts B & D.

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and educate staff on access and payer processes.
• Provide resources to support patient journey; optimize prior authorizations and specialty pharmacy.
• Coordinate patient service platform use for HUB or SP paths to approved therapy.
• Coordinate annual pharmacy reauthorizations at designated accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Strategic Accounts and more to address access barriers and optimize adherence.
• Build and execute a strategic plan to meet top accounts and implement market access initiatives.
