Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator to deliver training and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products across multiple territories. This field-based role supports NY/Long Island/NJ region, with in-field days 2–3 per week and remote time remaining.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare license such as CDCES/RN/RD/PA/NP/Pharmacist and a relevant degree with clinical experience. Travel and flexible hours are required to engage patients in education and support sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid license in CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree with specified experience as noted in job description.
• Experience/training in patient education and diabetes care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual and group education—both in-person and virtually—on MiniMed products.
• Provides ongoing patient educational support through calls and training initiatives.
• Coordinates and plans group trainings and events with territory teams.
• Submits accurate training documents within 48 hours of session completion.
• Collaborates with territory teams on therapy changes and patient follow-up.
