Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Diabetes Clinical Educator to deliver training and ongoing support for patients using MiniMed products. The role works across New York/Long Island/New Jersey regions, in the field 2-3 days per week with remote time for remaining days.

You will educate patients through webinars, calls, and in-person sessions, coordinating events with territory teams. The ideal candidate will have relevant clinical licensure and a background in education/training, with proficiency in Zoom,

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional license in one of the listed fields (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist).
• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of clinical experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group education on MiniMed products, in-person and virtually.
• Provide ongoing patient educational support via calls and trainings.
• Plan and coordinate group trainings with territory teams and set follow-up tasks.
• Submit training documents within 48 hours of sessions.
