SAIC is hiring a Business Development Executive to support our DHS team in Reston, VA. You will lead strategy, customer engagement, and opportunity qualification for the Department of Homeland Security, working closely with Capture Managers.

You will develop relationships with DHS contacts and strategic partners, shape near- and long-term business plans, and drive revenue growth through effective bid and proposal activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 18+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience with DHS (CBP, ICE, TSA, USCIS).
• Knowledge of DHS contracting, trends, and customer buying behaviors.

Aufgaben

• Develops and establishes relationships between SAIC, strategic partners, and DHS contacts.
• Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business strategies to grow revenue.
• Maintain long-term relationships with DHS contacts to maximize SAIC revenues.
• Serve as the primary interface for SAIC products and services to align with DHS needs.
• Maintains direct contact with customers before and after the sale.
• Supports sales team by maintaining positive customer relations to influence revenue.
