Niyam IT is seeking a Business Development / Capture Manager to lead capture across DHS Homeland Security accounts, including CBP, USCIS, CISA, and I&A. You will own the pipeline, lead capture strategy, and partner with a proposal team to drive opportunities from identification to submission.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to senior leadership, with remote work options and responsibility for winning high-value federal engagements.

Qualifikationen

• US Citizenship or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of federal BD and capture experience with wins on $25M+ opportunities.
• Experience executing Shipley capture process and gate reviews.
• Proven success responding to DHS solicitations (CBP/USCIS/CISA/I&A).
• Ability to obtain/maintain DHS Public Trust; active clearance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate solutions into win narratives.

• Own and grow CBP, USCIS, CISA, and I&A pipeline from identification through award.
• Lead capture planning for opportunities $25M+; conduct competitive analyses and teaming strategies.
• Drive gate reviews and bid/no-bid decisions using Shipley BDLC.
• Develop and maintain relationships across DHS program offices to shape requirements.
• Collaborate with proposal management to deliver compliant, compelling submissions.
