- Admitted to practice in Texas and able to handle complex deals.
Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, and development of commercial and residential real estate.
- Represent institutional borrowers in construction and financings, including debt fund, structured finance, and CMBS-style financings.
- Lead-drafting and negotiation of real estate loan documents, including mezzanine and complex capital stack components.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and support the development of junior associates.
- Engage with institutional clients on high-value, multi-faceted deals.
