Job summary

Trueline Talent's client, a growing specialty contractor serving commercial and industrial markets in the DFW area, is seeking an Account Executive - Concrete Services to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and turn customer needs into profitable work across concrete repair, maintenance, flooring, waterproofing and related services.

In this true outside sales role you will develop new business, manage key accounts, travel locally, conduct site visits, present proposals, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Must have outside sales or business development experience in construction.
• Proven track record of developing new business, not relying on inbound leads.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to discuss basic construction scope, quantities, labor and schedule.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel locally across the DFW market.
• Residence in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout the DFW commercial and industrial markets.
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, end users, tenants, and GC's.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional construction needs.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting.
• Pursue concrete repair, remediation, maintenance and related projects.
• Engage opportunities in the $50k–$400k range when applicable.
• Conduct customer meetings, site walks, and project visits.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to price and propose solutions.
• Ensure smooth transition of sold work into execution with field teams.
• Maintain relationships for repeat business and cross-sell services.
• Develop relations across DFW construction and property-management networks.
