Qualifications

• 5+ years of asphalt paving experience required.
• Proven experience in paving leadership roles (Paving Superintendent/Foreman).
• Extensive knowledge of asphalt placement, compaction, grading, milling, trucking, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asphalt paving operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage site preparation, milling coordination, asphalt placement, compaction, grading, and related roadway/sitework.
• Ensure projects meet plans, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules, manpower, equipment, and production goals.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align field operations with schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Supervise Foremen, Operators, Laborers, Drivers, and subcontractors; allocate resources across projects.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct regular site inspections and address safety or quality concerns.
• Coordinate traffic control and job-site logistics for safe, efficient operations.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and industry partners in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
