Leidos is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Senior Engineer for the Mission Driver Enablement Center. This fully remote role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, focusing on Nexthink platform engineering, automation, and enterprise integrations to improve digital employee experience at scale.
You will own Nexthink Infinity, build self-healing automation, and design integrations with ServiceNow, Moveworks, and Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or engineering with 12+ years of experience.
- 5+ years administering Nexthink Infinity platform.
- 10+ years supporting enterprise IT/EUC environments.
- Advanced scripting and automation experience including PowerShell.
Responsabilités
- Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform (Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, RBAC).
- Ensure platform stability, security, and data integrity via governance and standards.
- Own platform upgrades, feature adoption, and create playbooks.
- Design and implement integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Moveworks, M365, Splunk).
- Develop automation and self-healing workflows for device health and performance issues.
