Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive M&A technical integration, unify engineering processes, and strengthen CI/CD across multi-cloud environments. You will consolidate pipelines and security practices while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will work with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Bitbucket, automate workflows, enhance source-code security, and create comprehensive documentation to onboard acquired teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or build/release automation experience.
• Strong background with enterprise CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub/GitHub Actions).
• Cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, Shell) and REST API integration.
• Deep knowledge of Git workflows and code governance.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, pipeline security, and secret management.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A toolchain integration, migration, and consolidation of SCM and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and unify build, test, and deployment infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and architects to standardize practices.
• Design and maintain automation scripts and REST integrations to reduce manual work.
• Champion DevSecOps, enforce code scanning and access controls.
• Create migration runbooks and self-service guidelines for acquired teams.
