Zusammenfassung

Mark43 seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, scale, and maintain the platform infrastructure powering our public-safety software. You will automate deployments, improve observability, and drive operational excellence across Engineering, Security, and Technical Services.

You will manage AWS and/or Azure resources, build and evolve CI/CD pipelines, and implement GitOps with ArgoCD to enable teams to deliver software securely and efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Enhance platform observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity.
• Partner with engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices and improve deployment workflows.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks and potential failures.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support production systems.
• Own infrastructure projects contributing to long-term platform health.
