Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and other teams to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available cloud systems using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana.

This role emphasizes automating deployments, improving observability, and enabling engineers to deliver software quickly while upholding reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps or SRE experience.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure cloud experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Familiarity with GitOps and ArgoCD.
• Ability to automate infrastructure and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and services.
• Improve infrastructure reliability and scalability.
• Enhance observability with monitoring, logging, and alerts.
• Develop internal tooling to boost developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams.
• Support 24/7 production on-call rotation.
