Job summary

Encore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage device flow across our repair network. You will route incoming devices to repair labs based on capacity, track serialized devices, coordinate with labs, shipping, and customer service, and monitor turnaround times to keep customers informed.

• Experience with inventory management and parts ordering is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and team members.
• Prior experience in a similar role is .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with different software systems (transition to a new internal system coming soon).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Determine which repair lab each incoming device should be routed to based on repair capabilities and current capacity.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing scopes and other serialized devices.
• Maintain visibility of repair volumes and capacity across each repair lab.
• Identify bottlenecks or capacity issues and adjust routing as needed.
• Track devices throughout the repair process to ensure they continue moving efficiently.
• Coordinate with repair labs, shipping/receiving, and internal teams regarding device status and routing needs.
• Monitor turnaround times and flag devices that may be delayed.
• Help ensure accurate tracking and accountability of serialized devices.
• Provide leadership with visibility into repair volume, capacity, backlogs, and other operational concerns.
• Communicate and distribute shipping documents and tracking information with customer
• Assist Customer Service team with loaners
