Encore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage device flow across our repair network. You will route incoming devices to repair labs based on capacity, track serialized devices, coordinate with labs, shipping, and customer service, and monitor turnaround times to keep customers informed.

Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of devices throughout our repair network. The primary focus of this role is ensuring incoming devices are routed to the appropriate repair lab while balancing capabilities, capacity, and turnaround times, while keeping the customer informed along the way.
