Job summary

Corner Home Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Processor to support the repair and maintenance of patient-owned and company-owned medical equipment. This role reports to the Repair Department Lead and Purchasing & Warehouse Area Manager, ensuring timely repairs, accurate records, and safe, high‑quality service.

The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn company software and repair systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to become proficient and certified in the repair of lift chairs and scooters.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Dependable with regular attendance and a dedication to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to attend vendor and company-sponsored training and complete LMS courses.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process equipment repairs from start to finish using the CRM and Excel as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, warranty claims, and credit requests.
• Ensure repaired equipment is returned to patients promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with management, suppliers, customers and cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
• Support inventory maintenance and repair-related tasks as required.
