Qualifications

• Education We're Looking for: High School Diploma (Required).
• Certifications We're Looking For: Driver's License (Valid) - USA.

Responsibilities

• Assess each person receiving services for hopes and desires and provide supports.
• Help people develop relationships in their community and with natural supports.
• Assist participants in participating fully in their community in line with interests.
• Support advocacy skills and use of personal advocates.
• Provide emotional, physical, and medical support as needed.
• Maintain person-centered, positive relationships and promote self-determination.
• Complete documentation including goals, outcomes, incidents, and timesheets.
• Assist with daily home operations: housekeeping, meals, laundry, shopping, lawn care, vehicle care, and maintenance.
• Provide transportation and travel as required.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency knowledge are understood and applied.
• Mentor new staff and provide training; sleepover at residential settings may be required.
