Job summary

ND Health and Human Services is seeking a Developmental Disabilities Program Manager to provide case management and service coordination for Developmental Disability funded services across all ages.

The role involves meetings with individuals and families to assess needs, develop person-centered plans, coordinate services, and maintain records, with daytime hours and some travel. The position covers the Devils Lake and Rolla area and may include hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, special education or related field.
• Doctor of Medicine may substitute for the degree requirement.
• At least one year of direct care or case management experience with persons with mental illness or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to complete assessments and person-centered plans.
• Coordinate and evaluate services and assist with accessing supports.
• Document and maintain case records, ensure compliance.
• Daytime hours with occasional flexibility for travel.
