Job summary

Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) helps Oklahomans aged 3 or older with intellectual disabilities lead safer, healthier and more independent lives. The Case Manager will work remotely to help individuals receiving services create individualized plans, select service providers and build a support network.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field or a valid permanent Oklahoma license approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to practice professional nursing, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field OR a valid permanent Oklahoma nursing license to practice professional nursing.
• One year of professional experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals receiving services create individualized plans, select service providers and build a support network.
• Advocate for individuals served by DDS and coordinate services with providers and families.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human services
