Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Direct Support Professional Team Lead in Mount Vernon, OH. This on-site role offers comprehensive paid training, including CPR and First Aid, with no prior experience required. Full-time position with competitive benefits and a variety of schedules.

• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities while ensuring health and safety at all times.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
• Completing household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Team Lead
A Great Opportunity / $18.75-19.75 per hour / Full Time

At ViaQuest, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required! Experience is preferred!
