ViaQuest is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Home Manager. Training is provided, and no experience is required, though a background in care is beneficial.

This role focuses on direct care, supervision, and assisting individuals in daily life, including meal prep and keeping a safe home environment. A valid Ohio driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Home Manager A Great Opportunity/$18.75- $19.75 per hour.

At ViaQuest, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required! Experience is preferred!

Responsibilities may include:

• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year experience is preferred.

• Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
