ViaQuest is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Mansfield, Ohio. The role offers hourly pay of $17.50–$18.50 and extensive training, with no prior experience required.

WALK INS/OPEN INTERVIEWS are encouraged at our local office every Monday from 11am to 4pm; bring required documents for interview and scheduling. This entry-level position supports individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – foster independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.

At ViaQuest, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required!

Requirements for this position include:

• Valid driver's Ohio license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
