ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals for part-time positions in Bowling Green, OH, offering $17.25–$18.25 per hour. Training for this role is provided, with no experience required, and opportunities to grow in the IDD field.

Roles involve direct care, supervision and personal support to individuals, with flexible schedules, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal, reliable vehicle you are willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
• Valid (Ohio) driver’s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest’s Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities — our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.

Direct Support Professional – Part time positions, A Great Opportunity**

$17.25-$18.25 per hour / Bowling Green, OH, and surrounding areas! At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required**.
