Job summary

ViaQuest seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Home Manager to provide compassionate, in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Paid training includes CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration; full-time benefits, PTO, annual raises, and a range of flexible schedules are offered. The role focuses on promoting independence, safety, and well-being at home.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

At ViaQuest, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required! Experience is preferred!
