Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to lead a structured onboarding program and cross-functional training initiatives. You will design and deliver sessions for new hires and leaders, track progress, and develop targeted development plans to close skill gaps across facilities.

The role applies instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences, supports cross-training, and ensures training materials stay current in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in training, onboarding, workforce development, or related role.
• Experience facilitating group training sessions or workshops.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track progress and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the new hire onboarding and training process.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions for leadership groups.
• Collaborate with training personnel across facilities to support training programs.
• Create and maintain training documentation (onboarding, cross-training, safety).
• Track training progress and ensure competency requirements are met.
• Identify skill gaps with department leaders and support development plans.
• Coordinate refresher sessions and keep materials up to date.
• Communicate training progress and needs to leadership.
