Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Development Representative to act as a front-line ambassador for the development program and fundraising initiatives. You will build relationships with donors, trustees, physicians, and Foundation staff while answering questions, solving problems, and making independent decisions.

The role emphasizes growth through education with tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, and opportunities to participate in annual and planned gift campaigns across the system.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional work experience required.
• One year of Development experience, preferably in healthcare or education, is preferred.
• Must have ability to use MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Raiser’s Edge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual and planned gift solicitations (including the donor, employee, and physician giving campaigns) and coordinate and attend development and foundation events.
• Act as liaison between donors, trustees, physicians, and Foundation personnel with professionalism.
• Provide excellent donor relations and communication to support fundraising initiatives.
