Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years frontline fundraising experience; preference for healthcare or higher‑education settings.
• Experience meeting defined metrics: 24 proposals presented at $2,500+ and 10 funded at $2,500+, 125 meaningful donor encounters.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management, academic faculty, and staff to advance philanthropic goals.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of alumni, donors, and friends.
• Develop understanding of college and program needs to articulate compelling cases for support.
• Work with centralized teams to advance donor relations.
• Provide proactive communication to ensure effective collaboration.
