Job summary

Prisma Health Foundation is seeking a dedicated fundraising professional to plan, execute, and evaluate annual initiatives that grow philanthropic revenue and the donor base. You will recruit and steward volunteers, collaborate with leadership on goals and budgets, and create compelling materials with Marketing & Communications to engage donors.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus ability to manage multiple programs in a large organization, are essential to succeed in this role

Qualifications

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
• Five (5) years of experience in fundraising/constituent relations; marketing/communications; non-profit management; or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate annual fundraising initiatives to grow revenue and donor base.
• Recruit, manage, and steward volunteers for fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop program goals and budgets and report ROI.
• Develop fundraising materials with Marketing & Communications to align with brand standards.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with donors to meet annual goals.
• Solicit sponsorships, gifts, and grants for assigned initiatives.
• Represent the Foundation at events and support Foundation work.
