Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an Associate Director of Development at Lankenau Medical Center to drive fundraising strategy and donor engagement. You will identify, cultivate, and solicit prospects for annual and sustaining gifts while supporting the Foundation Board's committees.

Reporting to the Executive/Director of Development, this role offers growth through education benefits and collaboration across departments as we work to strengthen philanthropy and patient care at our system.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct fundraising experience.
• Experience with annual or major gift programs.
• Proven donor relations and volunteer/staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to identify, cultivate, and solicit new prospects and donors for annual/sustaining gifts.
• Assist Director of Development in staffing Foundation Board Committees.
• Collaborate with various departments and volunteers to support fundraising efforts.
