Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Partner Development Representative) to cultivate donor partners and sustain its mission. You’ll drive demand generation, build a robust lead pipeline, and articulate the organization’s vision across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with the Development Operations and Marketing teams, and a strong focus on high-volume outreach to secure mission-aligned opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or sales development.
• Proven ability to conduct high-volume outbound outreach to high-profile prospects.
• Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand generation strategies with Marketing to convert major gift prospect leads.
• Proactively build relationships and generate a strong lead pipeline via calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Articulate Stand Together’s vision and values to prospects.
• Maintain high-volume outreach across channels and qualify opportunities.
• Build a quality pipeline from inbound and outbound outreach.
• Uncover philanthropic goals and assess alignment with Stand Together’s mission.
• Coordinate handoffs to major gift officers and track activities in Salesforce.
