Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Development to lead end-to-end delivery of ground-up and renovation projects across our military housing portfolio, coordinating architects, engineers, GC's and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Reporting to the VP of Development, the role emphasizes schedule discipline, cost control, and adherence to quality standards, with experience in occupied communities and residential construction.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in project management for both new construction and renovation/rehab.
• Experience managing residential construction (multifamily or single-family).
• Experience in military or affordable housing development preferred (PPV/MHPI a plus).
• Experience overseeing renovation work in occupied residential communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up development projects from entitlement through construction and closeout.
• Support due diligence, permitting, and pre-construction planning.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, and general contractors across design to construction phases.
• Track progress, identify risks, and streamline deficiencies.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and change orders for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with military installation requirements and base access protocols.
• Prepare status reports for leadership reviews on a regular cadence.
