Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc is seeking a Project Manager, Development to lead end-to-end delivery of ground-up and renovation projects across a portfolio of military housing communities. You will coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors, manage schedules, budgets, and compliance, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience in residential construction
• Experience managing both new construction and renovation projects
• Experience in military or affordable housing development preferred
• Experience managing renovation in occupied residential communities preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up development projects from entitlement through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Track progress, schedule and budgets; identify risks and develop mitigations.
• Oversee cost estimation, GMP/bid processes, and change orders.
• Support lender/investor draw processes and regulatory/compliance.
• Prepare status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
