Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Development to lead the development activities of Military PPV projects and assist the Senior VP of Development with day-to-day operations. You will manage multiple projects, prepare capital plans, review bids and contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management or Development Management is required.
• Experience developing and managing operational budgets is required.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development activities for Military PPV projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects within schedule and budget.
• Prepare PRA project plans and capital plans with cross-functional input.
• Review bids, contracts, and change orders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead development staff and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Represent the department in meetings with government partners and boards.
