Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Project Manager, Development to lead end-to-end delivery of ground-up and renovation projects across our military housing portfolio. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in residential construction and renovation projects.
• Experience in military or affordable housing development preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across design, construction, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manages ground-up development projects from entitlement/design through construction and closeout.
• Supports due diligence, entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction planning for new development opportunities.
• Coordinates architects, engineers, and general contractors through design development, GMP/bid, and construction phases.
• Tracks construction progress against schedule and identifies critical-path risks and remedies.
