Job summary

• Strong programming skills in MS SQL and ability to develop complex SQL queries.

Job description

Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned IT application development projects.
Manage projects from original concept through final implementation.
Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, clients and other internal/external stakeholders.
Work with project stakeholders to define/manage project scope and schedule.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Manage the integration of resource tasks and tracks and reviews the deliverables, as applicable.
Provide necessary direction to the development team to achieve successful delivery.
Recommend and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Work on high-visibility programs and mission-critical aspects of assigned program(s).
Oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources.
Develop effective relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients to drive a high degree of productivity.
Develop program goals and infrastructure to align with defined business strategy.
Manage the program by creating program plans, management tools, and reporting capabilities.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resources are assigned to meet program goals.
Recommend program budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.
Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics.
Address and resolve project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
100% remote position.
The experience and education requirements are:
8 years of experience as a developer or comparable position in IT, and demonstrated experience in:

- Trizetto Facets Membership, Claims, Billing, Commissions, and Provider Areas.
Developing Custom Applications utilizing Trizetto Encounter Data Manager (EDM), Trizetto Communication System (TCS) and Trizetto REST API's.
Agile development, Agile coaching, and project management.
Developing Enterprise Applications and creating/consuming REST API using .NET.
MS SQL programming and development of complex SQL queries.
