A leading organization seeks Collegiate Leadership Consultants (CLCs) to support sorority goals and manage a team of consultants. This part-time role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring effective program delivery with flexibility in working hours.

Summary
Collegiate leadership consultants (CLCs) are hired as needed to achieve the Sorority’s strategic goals and objectives. These objectives can include the support of collegiate chapter extension or support of established collegiate chapters. The CLC program manager is responsible for managing CLCs for the duration of their assignments.
The standard weekly schedule for this position includes five to 15 hours of remote work per week routinely. Weeks involving in-person meetings and/or trainings with CLCs will be approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of software; project management software.

International Headquarters staff, International Council, Sorority members, Sorority volunteers, intra-fraternal peers, university administrators and organization partners.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred; one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience as a CLC with Gamma Phi Beta or other interfraternal organization preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is commensurate with experience, education and work location. The hiring pay range for this role is $22.50-$27.25 per hour. As a part time position, this role will not be eligible for benefits but will accrue paid sick leave as required by applicable state and/or local law.
