ServiceMaster is expanding and seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to design, deliver, and promote impactful training programs across our network. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and change management to support onboarding, role-specific development, and new business processes.

The Program Manager will collaborate with brand leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging, data-informed learning experiences that foster behavior change and performance improvement. The role also involves participating in regional events, conferences, and training councils to position training as a driver of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and improve evergreen and initiative-based training programs for various roles and processes.
  • Update and maintain training materials, SOPs, and manuals to ensure accuracy.
  • Deliver training through various formats including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and virtual classrooms.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, including onboarding and workshops.
  • Lead "Train the Trainer" initiatives to deploy training effectively.
  • Support change management efforts to promote adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Track and report on training metrics to assess effectiveness and inform improvements.
  • Enhance training engagement through resource promotion, feedback collection, and success sharing.
  • Contribute to regional and conference training content and frameworks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support or lead the Training Council.
  • Research and implement innovative training tools and strategies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience designing structured learning plans with measurable outcomes, grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual audiences.
  • Strong change management skills and stakeholder influence.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Proven project management skills managing multiple initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale learning projects.
  • Experience in franchise or retail industries and understanding of small business ownership concepts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including visits to Memphis and regional locations.

Compensation & Location:

Estimated salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 plus bonus. This role is remote, based anywhere in the U.S. except Los Angeles County.
