Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales

Amplity is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple contracted sales programs, lead high-performing remote sales and account teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our valued clients. Position Summary

The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of multiple contracted programs by overseeing strategic client relationships and leading high-performing remote sales and account management teams. This leadership position is responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse clients, alignment with their unique goals, and the consistent achievement of program deliverables.

Serving as the primary liaison between Amplity and its valued clients, the Program Manager will act as a trusted advisor to client management while partnering closely with Amplity leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize team performance across all programs, and deliver exceptional results. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of client products, program operations, and market intelligence to ensure each contracted team exceeds expectations and delivers measurable value.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships to meet program deliverables and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sharing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to demonstrate value and identify optimization opportunities.

Program Management

  • Oversee execution of program deliverables, ensuring sales and account teams meet or exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and report on program results, including sales, operational efficiency, and compliance, to clients and internal leadership.
  • Develop strategies based on performance data to drive success and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal/Compliance, HR, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Finance) for seamless execution.
  • Maintain understanding of client products, market trends, and competitive intelligence to guide team efforts and support client goals.
  • Proactively address challenges, resolve issues, and adapt strategies as needed.

Team Leadership

  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales or account representatives.
  • Lead all interviewing and hiring activities.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture with ongoing support and development.
  • Drive engagement and accountability, managing team performance effectively.

Expense Management

  • Review and approve expense reports in compliance with policies.
  • Maintain expenses within budget.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Prepare reports for leadership and clients, including QBRs and performance summaries.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making and growth.

Compliance

  • Comply with Amplity and client policies, privacy guidelines, and applicable laws.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members, project management, and support teams across departments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales and account management leadership experience.
  • Remote team management experience preferred.
  • Market Access experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and meetings.
  • Ability to pass all required training.
  • Preferred candidates residing in Eastern or Central time zones.
