ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Business Development Program Manager to oversee strategic initiatives within our Business Development organization.

Your Role
  • Manage and implement strategies for Business Development initiatives, including success measurement and best practices documentation.
  • Manage costs, risks, and timelines tied to growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects, solution launches, and strategic initiatives aligned with financial goals.
  • Drive enterprise-level strategic program management, including risk mitigation.
  • Lead critical initiatives, fostering strategic thinking and efficient execution.
  • Implement Strategic Program Management models and reporting structures.
  • Utilize strategic tools and agile methodologies to ensure success.
  • Create blueprints and playbooks for solution launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Assess costs, benefits, and risks, and develop business cases for ROI and funding requests.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; PMP certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, product launches, business operations, or business development, especially in cloud solutions.
  • Availability to work eastern or central hours and travel domestically up to 20%.
  • Familiarity with strategic tools like RASCI, SWOT, Value Stream Mapping, and others.
  • Experience in program orientation, planning, team management, budgeting, and defining project interrelations.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and product road mapping.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
