Job summary

Center for Popular Democracy is seeking a Development Operations Associate to support the Development Team across the country. The role focuses on maintaining donor data systems, generating reports, and ensuring accurate recording of gifts and pledges.

Travel to affiliates and occasional in-person work with the DC-area office may be required. The position is non-exempt and part of a collective-bargaining unit; the salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• Experience with donor data systems and fundraising operations.
• Ability to produce routine and custom reports from donor databases.
• Strong data integrity and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage gift-processing and revenue-tracking in donor systems.
• Serve as Salesforce resource, produce reports and ensure data integrity.
• Respond to donor inquiries via calls and emails; escalate as needed.
• Maintain donor records and support donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Coordinate calendars, grants calendar, and team activities.
• Submit renewal applications for charitable solicitations and registrations.
• Support grant-seeking materials and funder briefings.
• Collaborate across Development, Finance, Communications, and Data teams.
