Job summary

Washington State Opportunity Scholarship is seeking a Development Officer to support campaign management, major gifts fundraising, projects and events. You will handle gift entry, reconciliation and acknowledgments, manage Salesforce data and reporting, and assist in grants programs generating $500k+ annually.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, and ability to streamline administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based CRM systems (Salesforce) and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in donor records.
• Ability to generate reports and track fundraising activities.
• Proven customer service orientation.
• Experience supporting grants programs and scholarship logistics.

Responsibilities

• Enter, reconcile, and acknowledge donor gifts timely.
• Serve as data entry point for Salesforce and audit records.
• Support moves management and prospect next steps.
• Manage scholarship programs reports for donors.
• Track grants applications and reporting.
• Coordinate fundraising events and mass mailings.
• Uphold ethical standards in fundraising.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
